So our electric bill from West Penn Power/First Energy was $617.70 this month as an actual reading, stating that we used 5791KWH. Meanwhile, having lived in this home for 18 months now, we have never before broken 1000KWH in a month, rarely ever even 500KWH.
Any ideas about what the hell this could be? They don't seem to know, want to do anything, and even stupidly asked "did you buy a new tv?".
