My name is LostBoi92 and I am 25 with my boyfriend (he is 23 and I am 25).
Anyways like the title says I'm in a bind I think. I work full time and make about 2100 a month roughly.
I live with roommates as does my Fiance. I have two roommates currently and we divy up our apartment rent three ways. Total rent is 540. Split 3 ways = 180 each a month. The third roommate is suppose to be short term while he looks for a place with his girlfriend. So I came up with an agreement to pay the hydro each month if my other roommate would pay internet costs each month.
That aside, I dont drive but my boyfriend does. So I spend roughly 80 a month on gas when he wants me to pitch for gas.
Like I said I make 2100 a month. Bills/Debt: Hydro: 100 Rent: 180 PSN: 14 Rat/Hamster Food: 25 Shavings: 15 Smokes: 400 Installment Loan: 40$/week Installment Loan 2: 16$/week
See the issue? I can't budget for the life of me. I want to save for my own car and eventually get my full drivers license and start saving for a house with my partner. But each week I say Ill save and I end up in the same situation - broke.
I opened a new bank account in hopes of starting savings where no bills can eat it but the 15 bucks bank fees eat what little goes into there if anything.
What do I do? I'm 25 and financially nowhere :(
