You read a lot on this board about index funds and growth stocks. I was wondering what income-focused investments people believe will be good investments for the next 5-10 years. Many typical income investment vehicles such as eREITS, MLPs and bond funds are under pressure as interest rates increase. I personally favor PIMCO's CEFs and mREITs, but am looking for other ideas.
