I had an old mp3 player (non apple) it was slowly dying....it would randomly freeze, headphone jack was getting woren. So i did some looking and found out my beaten up clip+ had a hefty price tag on it (nothing under 80). So i found a broken ipod mini, swapped the hard drive with a cf to sd adapter, changed the battery out and put in a 200 gig sd card(already had it), finally i rockboxed it and boom a 200 gig mp3 player for just under 50 bucks total.
