I recently started making a little more money than before, but I've found myself spending $10 here, $20 there, $50 there, on little things all the time which I could do without. e.g. food, coffees, clothes. Food is probably the biggest one. I don't really know what to pack for lunch so I end up going and spending ten bucks on sushi.
I am fairly sure it's because I have a mindset that gears towards spending when the option is available. I would like to change this as it's a real waste of some potential future savings.
Do you happen to have any tips for committing to a 'saving lifestyle' for want of a better term?
