Bought an Anker lightning powerline cable for my iphone at amazon about a year ago. The rubber collar on the connector came off. It’s only minor cosmetic damage and didn’t affect the function of the cable. I’ve used their warranty service before, so I figured might as well get it replaced before the warranty expires. I contacted their customer service, sent pics and requested the newer more durable Powerline II cable. They did not hesistate and sent me a new one in the mail. No need to return my old cable.
