Our realtor says he charges everyone 4% to sell a home but that doesn't add up to me. 4% of 100,000 home is $4000 and 4% of a 400,000 home is $16,000. Do you mean to tell me that the work that person is doing is 4x as much? Or are their other factors at play here?
