To start off I am 21 and my wife is 20. I work at a cell phone store and my wife works at a grocery store. She has not gone to the dentist in over 10 years. She has a very bad infection in 3 of her teeth that are causing her extreme pain. She barely went to the dentist 3 weeks ago that is when we figured out her teeth are infected to where they need to be removed. She is extremely scared of the dentist and will need to be sedated for the surgery. The dentist is charging us 700 for the anesthiologist for the first hour then 500 for any following hours. My insurance does not cover that. As far as the dental insurance we only need to pay around 400 for the procedure. I do not know where we are going to come up with that amount of money. She needs to get this done ASAP due to her extreme head aches or tooth aches. She is scared that the infection is going to spread. We are getting 5k from taxes back but that will take about a month or so. I ca try to take out 2k from my 401k as a withdraw due to harship but am not sure I will get approved. I feel like I am just more and more in debt but need to provide for her so her infected teeth can be removed so the infection does not spread to the rest of her body. Any help with dealing with this would be great.
TLDR: Broke 21 year old couple needs to find how to many 2 grand ASAP for dental procedure.
