OK so I have an odd question. I decided to try some of Duluth briefs and I really liked the feel of the materials in the store. I ended up purchasing 5 pairs of cotton and 2 pairs of the standard buck nakeds on the spot.
My issue however is I based my sizing on the waist suggestions on the package. Tried a few pair on when I got home before washing them and it felt like a good fit.
However after about 2-3 weeks of wearing them and a wash, I'm thinking I should have went one size up. They seem to not want to pull up quite as high as I would like (i.e. if I put them on and walk around the house, you'd like see the top of my ass handing out the top).
I feel like a weirdo even considering returning worn/washed underwear but at the same time I dropped a decent amount of cash on these 7 pairs to have them fit only so/so and from what I've read Duluth has a great return policy.
Is it even remotely reasonable to attempt to exchange these for 1 size up? I really don't like to abuse return policies because the more people do shit like that you end up with stuff like the changes LL Bean had to make recently (still love them regardless). Thoughts?
