So i am in cali and i am planning a trip to angeles forest. My mom is above 25+ and could rent the car but i am the one driving. any ideas what could be done cheaply?
is making my mom rent under her name and then me driving illegal? or should i just rent with my name and pay extra fees :( (if they even offer it to me since i am a tourist), or should i use those third party ones where people rent their personal cars?
