Last night I was checking out my remaining student loan balances and noticed that for some reason my autopayment for the month of March was changed from the normal amount ~$500 to the minimum of ~$50
I called up and they fixed it immediately, and sent the issue to their software department, but if I hadn't checked I would have been paying the minimum for who knows how long. It would have extended my payment period potentially by years!
