I work in a pretty dense area downtown, and pay $160 per month for a parking contract which started in January. I paid the initial bill to start parking, but when I received my bill for February it was $0 and marked "Complimentary".

I called to inquire because this didn't seem right and they claimed it was an error, a few days later I checked my account and a manual charge for the correct amount was added to my account and I paid.

Now for March the same thing has happened. It seems they haven't updated their system and use a work-around last time this happened. My question is what do I do? I have the money to pay the bill but I don't feel obligated if they can't get their shit together. I have proof that the bills are for the correct parking ramp, and they say right on them "complimentary". Am I legally obligated to pay if they finally realize what's happening?
