My grandpa recently passed away. We were going through his house and found a bag with $120K cash in it. What do we do?

This money was not listed as part of the estate. Right now we just have the money sitting in a safe and I know the wrong thing to do is just keep inching away at it until its gone. How would I go about investing this? Should i report this to anyone? Any help is appreciated.
