Many small holdings vs. few large holdings?

Over the years I have acquired small positions in lots of stocks. The problem is I have trouble selling them.

Examples of small holdings: MDLZ, MCD, GILD, KO

There are many more. Does it make more sense to keep all of these (there are many more), or to consolidate them into larger holdings?

Any thoughts are appreciated.
