Hi, I'm in my late teens and I work as a server at a fast food place. After an incident where I had an argument with my manager, I was sent home. Thing is, they wouldn't let me count my money down before being sent home. But they're saying I was short ~30 dollars, which is 30 dollars I'm not willing to pay since I know I wasn't short, considering I make decent tips and I am careful about counting back my money to customers. On top of that they are refusing to provide footage of my manager counting down my money.

What rights do I have in a situation like this? What steps should I take to make sure I don't have to pay for something I didn't do? And what should I do about finding a new job? Any help is appreciated

EDIT: for someone who works for $5.50 an hour, 30 bucks is almost a whole shift. And for a teenage girl trying to pay for school, her car, etc. it's not something I'm willing to give up. I could pay for gas with that. Buy dinner for a few days. Maybe save it.
