I live in Asia and just moved to another new country and my apartment does not have a kitchen. Its a small studio and its quite common here that studios don't have kitchens. Eating out is not that expensive but its also not that cheap. I have been trying to be fairly frugal eating out but I have spent on average A$14.50 a day on eating out. Does anyone have any tips on how I can start cooking in my studio without a kitchen? I have been considering buying a slow cooker, induction stove top or maybe even just a rice cooker as I've read you can cook many different things in a rice cooker. I am really a novice at cooking so any advice on what device would be the best/most versatile would be appreciated.
