Female jogger/athleisure pants that aren't too wide at hips and too skinny at calves?

I have not found a good pair of jogger pants that don't make my hips look extremely wide and my calves stick-like. I'm 5'3" and wear normally a size 3 in jeans/size small pants. My calves are large though.
