One of mine ... Toilet paper - it must be soft, even if that costs extra.

People of /r/Frugal, what's your story? Where did you start and where are you now? WHY are you frugal?
About a year and a half ago I bought a gallon of shampoo from my barber for $27. I haven't even used half yet.
