Valuations by any historical measure are stretched. A lot of portfolio theory suggests adding around 8-10% in gold reduce investment risks. Ray Dalio's All Weather portfolio suggests adding 14.58% of commodities. Just wondering what's the most optimal way to add gold/commodities to a portfolio?
