Thinking of opening an account with CS ETFs mutual funds. Its site boasts extrmeley low cost (0.4% maintenence fee or $0 fees for certain funds). Can I expect good/stable growth with this type of fund, it seems safe and low risk, but at same time I need to build up retirement funds. Also read in Kiplinger's that corporate stocks may be favored soon, but perhaps mutual funds will reach a peak again?
