Mine would be China (Target's threshold dinnerware line is good enough for me) and a dining room "sets" from furniture stores. I see so many of these on buy sell trade sites and I am still shocked at the resale cost people try to recoup! We opted for a pier one farmhouse table (on sale $350) and wooden x back chairs from Target, $50 ea.
