This is something I have been working on. Every time I have Vegetable scraps i put them in a freezer bag in my freezer and add to it as time goes on. My plan is to make vegetable broth in my crockpot while I’m at work and then freeze and add it to soups and recipes. It’s a great way to limit food waste and reuse. I’m almost to the point where I have enough for a batch. I found this link that I’m going to follow. This will be my first batch. Has anyone done this before ? Tips , tricks , advice ?
