So, I got a great deal on some frozen cauliflower. I panfried some, being pretty generous with tasty oil and spices etc, but it's still not great. Does anyone have experience using frozen cauliflower with cream of cauliflower soups or with Parmesan cauliflower? This stuff seems to have a ton of moisture so I thought is check before trying. Thank you!
