Hi,
I have a question about these passes. Which one would be the best one to get in regards to discounts, is there a pass which could provide a discount to every toll within the ez-pass network?
I originally got the I-pass which was from Illinois, but when I called them on their 50% off toll prices, they said it was only within their state and usage anywhere else would be full price.
I figured Mass would be a good one, but the discounts seem to only apply for within their state. PA does a 30% off, but I don't know if it's also just within their state.
I don't mind paying the monthly fees or whatever deposits for the transponders, but I'm hoping someone has more knowledge on which pass has the best discounts and get work in all states that apart of the ez-pass system.
