There are two types of Amazon coupons: % off and $ off, and there is no way to sort search results by coupon discount. Using some Amazon search tricks I ran a script that compiled all items with coupons into a single spreadsheet: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1534lgA4ovBgIRAu9iB5QSIU6M10pUISDJ7SfX4l5BR4 . The script also translated %off coupons into $off and vice versa, so that you can sort by both. Full list is over 30,000 items, so to make this spreadsheet more manageable I am only including coupons that are at least $20 or 20% off. The list is currently sorted by %off in descending order, but you should be able to re-sort it by $off in Google Sheets.
Posting it here hoping you guys may find it useful. Some truly good deals in there (like $35 off coupon on a $50 scale). Feel free to post specific items you find in the comments.
EDIT: following a suggestion from /u/sloppy_swish, I also added a column with a link to CamelCamelCamel.
