I've liked Sony since I worked in sales and saw what they were doing to try to modernize their brand and company. They have done well and I expect them to continue to do well under Yoshida, who was allegedly the real mastermind behind Sony's resurrection.

That said, does anything really change? Hirai's stepping down to Chairman, and if Yoshida was so responsible for Sony's recent success, how much more influence could he wield as CEO that he couldn't previously?
