Question for the masses - after water damage to a section of my floor we are considering replacing the affected area with unfinished hardwood and sanding and refinishing the existing floors to make it all match.To anyone out there with any experience with this type of project is it worth the time and effort to do it ourselves or is it better to spend the money and hire a professional?
