Lately I have been noticing I have a lot of allergy problems, my body is pretty tough growing up in a 3rd world country with poor conditions (india) where you cant escape dust.

However because I have been living in the first world for a several few years now I guess I got used to clean air until I started rescuing and rehabbing birds.

I dont have a balcony and no ventilation and the doctors couldn't figure out what is going on with my symtoms.

Finally I figured it out, it is the birds dander which no matter how much you mop, it is still in the air. I am healthy otherwise, other than these random allergy which is mild and goes away with a bit of a fexofenadine when it happens.

I looked into air purifiers with Hepa filters.

I am thinking about either buying Honeywell HPA300, or Winix models, I have no idea how different they are, all I know is they use Hepa filter. I prefered Honeywell because it says it can cover upto 490 sqft while all Winix can only do about 300 sqft.

So my question is, can one use more than one air purifier at a given time in the same room.

I am thinking of having 2 of these in the living room which is obviously bigger, and one in my bedroom.

But I dont know if it is allowed to keep 2 air purifier in the same living room wouldn't they contradict each other pulling in air from each direction leaving the dust in the middle?

Please help me choose which one is the best and if I can use more than one in the same room.

Thank you.
