So quite a while ago, someone at my work accidentally ordered these weird light bulbs. they are GE 60 watt halogen bulbs. The picture was taken after the filament and metal threads were removed. I'm wondering what the best way of removing the glass threads would be, so I can use them as potion bottle props for my DND games.I tried just covering the threads with twine, which looked OK, but the twine didn't stay in place very well.
