I learned about the excellent North Face lifetime warranty on this subreddit. I have a NF down jacket that was gifted to me from 15+ years ago. Still looks like new and keeps me warm.
However the buckle is broken for no good reason a few weeks ago when I was taking it off. As it’s a gift from so long ago I no longer have a receipt for this jacket to claim warranty with. The jacket was purchased in Hongkong and I now live in the U.K.
Just wondering if anyone had the experience with NF warranty to know if they’d repair in a case like this.
