Hey guys,
As the title says, my previous employer, who I walked out on after not paying us on time, has yet to send our W2s on their own admission.
I could be mistaken, but I am pretty sure that the owner of the company should have to had send the form out by January 31st. Is it a legal issue that she hasn’t sent it out yet?
I could really use the tax return for bills and things, so what are my options? How can I get this W2 and get my taxes done?
