Backstory and situation: about 6 months ago, left elbow popped while training (may not be the cause). A couple days ago i start to have partial numbness in the top section of my left index finger, yesterday a slow burning pain started. It hurts basically down the center line of my forearm, feels like inbetween the bones, down into my center of the back of my hand. Depending on what stretches i try, i can also feel it up my arm into shoulder and neck a little. Also, a general weak feeling in my left arm.

Come to find my insurance at work got waived come last open enrollment. I dont have a ton of money to pay out of pocket. While i work out my insurance situation id like to do whatever i can to treat this, and mainly stop the pain. Im stretching, icing, not training, taking ibuprofen.

tldr: Any advice on seeking cheap cheap medical diagnosis (at least) and/or treatment before i cut off my arm?
