I am about to hire a friend to watch my daughter two days a week. I'd like to count this cost towards childcare tax credit but what should I know?

If I count this as childcare, can I just keep receipts of what I give her and is that enough? Do I need to worry about withholding anything? I'm a bit tax naive, any suggestions or recommendations/links would be greatly appreciated!
