My friend is doing new tile around the fireplace in my house today. It might go into tomorrow evening, depending on a number of factors. There will be approx. 36 total tiles, it's not a huge fireplace, and there are only two surfaces, the wall and the floor in front.
I was thinking of giving him $100 for the trouble - does that seem too low? Too high? He's the type of guy who will probably not take it anyway, but I don't want to be insulting.
