I'm buying my first home, and would like to treat the garage floor somehow before moving my stuff in. I'm looking at options for how to treat the garage floor, and so far it doesn't seem like any is a really good solution. Can anyone shine some light on the following?Consumer Epoxy - Like RustOleum, most complaints seem to be that it peels up after a few months in some cases. I live in 100*F+ degree weather, and would have concern over this.Professional Epoxy - I realize this is /r/DIY, but is paying a contractor to do this worth it?Tiles - Look nice, but don't protect from moisture seeping throughConcrete sealer - Don't see too much of this. Is it just not effective enough?The garage it's going in has some oil stains, etc., that would all factor into the effectiveness of what I end up doing. What is really my best option here?
