My Dad bought a Mr. Twister electric knife 40 years ago when we used to perch fish a lot. This is basically it unchanged over the years
Makes fillets out of a fish in like 30 seconds. He's used it since to carve every roast or prime rib or fish we ever caught (and that's a LOT)
About 3 years ago the motor part of it stopped working. He still had the damn box for it up in the attic (after moving 4 times) and he wrote those people a letter and they sent him a brand new electric knife. And new blades (though he sharpened his own anyway).
Amazing.
