If you well understand the concept of making a big pot of beans to get through the week, but just can't bring yourself to do it, give lobiani a try. I live by myself and have been making one flatbread per night--everything keeps fine in the fridge. The onion is the big expenditure here.

I followed the linked recipe, except as noted:
- vegetable oil + liquid smoke instead of bacon fat or olive oil
- Great Northern beans instead of kidney
- Double coriander and paprika
- 2.5 teaspoons of yeast (not 0.75, geez!)
- I know that lavash (for example) has no yeast at all, so you might give the dough a try with no yeast if need be
