Should I fix it, does it need my attention right away? There is a batch of bubbled paint right below the windows. The windows are uPVC, which is aluminum frame. After light rain the bubbles showed up, as well as trapped dirt under the rubber seal between frame and wall. The Bubbles:http://ift.tt/2n6Mjlt issue I have is repainting it won't be easy since the damaged wall goes right under the window frame. Traditionally people paint around windows but since these metal windows aren't nailed to walls, they arnt part of the wall, but separate. The Window:http://ift.tt/2BlhOfL exterior side if the window has thin gaps around it which allow dirt. Should I seal it? The climate here is little to no rain. What I have on hand is PVC foam closed seal, used to seal doors and windows, can I use that? Or should I use rubber seal like in the inside of the room? The Gap:http://ift.tt/2n2CG6X via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2F5hpQG
