I like this portfolio because it reduces volatility greatly for a small cost of historical returns.
I have 2 main reasons to like it:
- Stocks are overvalued.
- The 37 year bond bull market seems to be coming to an end and the implications on an over indebted economy scare me.
I'm interested in your opinion and reasoning.
