I don't have any other money; just that. I'm 41. I'm freelance and my income is very unstable! Should I put away my savings and earn interest and dividends to supplement my income? Should I buy a cottage or something? I am getting to the point where I need a better place to live. I live in a cheap apartment (which has helped me save money!)
