Weather is currently 15F (-9C) and I'm at 58F (14.5C) while home, 55F while away. I'm prioritizing saving money and have no idea where the "68F is ideal winter temperature" came from.
Who did the research, was there actual research, who paid for it, what did the research value (comfort over savings, savings over comfort, what was the temperature during these tests, were there tests?)
