I stopped in a strip mall with an Aldis that I go to occasionally , and I saw the strip mall also had a Harbor Freight. I hadn't been in a Harbor Freight before, so I went in. It seems like a really neat place -- kinda like a dollar store version of Lowes/Home Depot (but in a good way).
I must have walked down each aisle three times looking at all of the stuff. I bought about $20 worth of small items I could use.
I tend to buy most of my home improvement items online or at Lowes. I might start looking at Harbor Freight more, but how's the quality of their merchandise, especially the higher priced items? For example, would it be better to get a power washer at Harbor Freight or at Lowes?
