Hi. First time posting. Looking for help/advice on fishing wires. So far I have fished a coax freeview cable through the loft top plate and out of the wall behind my wall mounted tv. I now plan on adding a socket behind my tv. I have chosen where I want this socket to be and cut the hole.My problem is that when I have attempted to fish my cable down (2.5mm twin and earth) it appears the cable hits something in the way. My question for you guys is this. Am I hitting a fire block/noggin? How do I bypass this? It's worthwhile pointing out I am in the UK (Scotland) and my walls are insulated.Thanks in advance.
