So as stated, they all seem to be deactivated, unless theres just 1 single outlet that I've somehow missed but I've been searching the house for 2 days now but we just moved in, called my ISP (Cogeco) and opted for self installation thinking it would be simple like the apt we just moved from.So reading online I've found that theres a panel somewhere in or outside the house with a splitter and a main and multiple coax cables, I believe I've found it but I can't get to it right this minute since it seems to be next to my 2nd story window and I'm without a ladder (which I can borrow from a friend).
