I was looking at my credit card statement and i saw a 200 charge for a call to Scarborough Ontario (Kingston where my sister lives) so i delved deeper into my credit card history to see a total of $2,5394.95 In charges. When I look at my account with my phone company there are no charges for any of the calls to Kingston. Also when i look at my plan and my coverage with them it states that I have Canada wide unlimited calling. The only thing that it could be charged for is my pay per use international calling but I have not ever made any calls outside of Canada.

I am currently waiting for the support phone lines to open up and have saved all the screenshots I have taken to prove these points. I just don't know what to do or say besides that if they try to bs their way out of it.

Any help or tips are appreciated, In case you ask I am 22 years old and live in Ontario so these calls were in province calls and in no way international.
