Mackerel (the kind that isn't high in mercury)

I made a really, really tasty stew from this last night in a recipe I usually put salmon in. Reddit, tell me why I shouldn't eat this food. I'm sure there must be a catch. It is cheap, it's the fatty fish they keep telling us to eat 3 servings of a week. It doesn't contain high quantities of mercury. It isn't farmed. It smells up the house less than salmon.

Burst my bubble, if you know why I shouldn't eat this. Because, that stew I made was super good and I can't wait to make it again. It was more or less similar to this recipe but with a few different herbs, and I add spinach. Oh, and I also top a bowl of it with a tablespoon of cream before eating.
