I know the internet is obsessed with eating laundry pods, but my question is not referring to that. As someone who is really frugal and buys generic laundry detergent, why do people by the laundry pods? Isn't it more cost efficient to buy liquid detergent? Is there something really special about the pods that make your clothes have special properties? Why would anyone buy laundry pods? It seems like such a waste of money to me...
