Please help. I'm a noob at returning items.

I bought a bunch of stuff during Spyder's 75% off sale this past Black Friday and had to return about $100 worth of stuff. I shipped out the return through UPS on Dec 18, but I was in a rush to catch a flight and didn't write down the tracking number. So now I'm not 100% sure if the return even arrived.

I called Spyder customer service multiple times, and last week they sent an email to the warehouse manager to see if the return was received. But so far nothing.

Any advice on what I should do next?
