Where I live, we have gotten quite a few days that are -40 without windchill. I have some insulated Colombia pants that I was wearing previously, and I absolutely love them. They are thin enough to move around in, look like regular pants so I can wear them and look normal, and very warm. However, the version I have isn't made for weather quite as cold as we are getting, so I wanted to get a warmer pair of pants. I wasn't sure what to go for though. No insulated pants really have a temperature rating or anything. And as much as I love my Colombia ones, I haven't tried anything else so I don't know if a different brand might have a better pair of pants. Does anyone have any recommendations? I need them to last a very long time since they will be pretty expensive, and I like things I buy to be durable and pratical, so I figured this is the perfect place to ask.
