I'm new to this sub but it's a godsend! I'm a guy trying to slowly replace my clothes and shoes with quality stuff that's built to last. My goals for the coming months are coats (already got some good recommendations) and some nice boots to keep my feet toasty and dry in the rain and cold. I'd also like something that looks cool! I'm thinking of buying Doc Martens, are they good quality, or just trendy (like Converse, which are "fashionable" but really crappily made)? Regardless, is there anything you can recommend in terms of men's boots that last a long time, keep away the rain and are also stylish?
